HOW TO MEASURE:

Height:Stand against a wall, barefoot or in socks, heels pasted to the wall. Stand right, then hold a book or flat object on the top of your head. Block the book, mark the bottom edge of the book. Measure the distance from the floor to the mark.

Head:Wrap a tape measure around your head, above your eyebrows. Make sure it is parallel to the floor when your head is straight.

Hand:Hold a tape measure at the bend of the thumb. Wrap around your palm.

This inner tube is compatible with 27.5" diameter tyres, with a cross-section ranging from 1.90 to 2.50 with a 48 mm Presta valve.

Choosing an inner tube:

To take proper care of your bike, it's important to know the exact dimensions of your tyres.This info appears on the sidewall of the tyre (diameter and section).For example, 27.5 x 2.10 mean that the tyre is 27.5 inches in diameter and 2.10 inches wide. On the tyre sidewall you will also find the dimensions in mm in ETRTO international units. For example, 50-584 means a tyre that is 50 mm wide and has an inner diameter of 584 mm (approx. 27.5 x 2.00).

To take the inner tube out, you'll need the following tools:

To install an inner tube correctly, you should always begin by carrying out a complete check of the tyre.

How to change an inner tube:

Follow our step-by-step video.Pre-pump to prevent punctures, insert the valve, put the inner tube inside the tyre, and check that it is properly centred in the rim.

Fitting a tyre:

Start mounting the tyre at the valve. Finish mounting the tyre opposite the valve to avoid pinching the inner tube. Never mount your tyre with a tool or a tyre lever, as you risk pinching and puncturing the inner tube.

Inflating a tyre:

Find the recommended pressure on the tyre. As you pump, make sure it stays properly positioned on the rim.

Pro advice:

The tyre pressure should be adjusted before each ride to prevent any punctures due to pinching.
