Height:Stand against a wall, barefoot or in socks, heels pasted to the wall. Stand right, then hold a book or flat object on the top of your head. Block the book, mark the bottom edge of the book. Measure the distance from the floor to the mark.

As female surfers of all levels, we have designed this swimsuit for beginner surfers surfing in broken waves.

U-shaped back

This very feminine DARIA one-piece swimsuit suits all body shapes. The deep V-neck is ideal for anyone who wants to make the most of their bust, which is sculpted by the detachable cups built into the swimsuit. Perfect for small and medium busts. The seam under the bust and the seams along the waistline add structure, guaranteeing a harmonious silhouette. Its wide straps, medium leg height and U-shaped scoop back provide comfort.

Beginner surf swimsuit

You regularly go surfing. During your sessions, you paddle out to the line-up, duck dive under the breaking waves if you are on a shortboard, or turtle roll if you are on a longboard, then surf waves of less than one metre. You often fall and are used to being shaken about underwater. Your swimsuit must meet the requirements of your activity and stay in place for each of your movements. We have designed a range for you that is suited to regular activity and your body shape.

To ensure a perfect fit in the water, it is important to choose the right size while you are dry because once they are in the water, swimsuits become looser. We therefore recommend you buy the correct size. The swimsuit needs to fit snugly against your body in the fitting room, and you should feel supported. The elastane content in certain components used in the design of our swimsuits softens and relaxes in the water.

Whether you be a surfer or enjoy bathing in the sea, you don’t want to lose your swimsuit! This is why we test all our swimsuits in the waves. Each model is designed for surfing and perfectly suits other water sports: stand up paddle boarding, sailing, kite surfing, bathing, etc.

Comfortable swimsuit

Our work centres on helping women to feel good in our swimsuits. The bust is not flattened, the bottoms don’t dig in, and the level of coverage varies. Our mission is to ensure that every woman can find a swimming costume that suits her body, whatever her shape or size.

Stays in place in the waves

We design swimsuits that promise to stay in place in the waves. To test them, we use a panel of female surfers with different body shapes who follow a test protocol in a pool at our design offices in Hendaye, South-West France. This protocol aims to reproduce the sensations experienced by surfers when being thrown around by a wave. If this test is conclusive, we go surfing in the sea to test our swimwear in real conditions.

Removable pads

Integrated cups in the top enhance the curve of the bust. Unlike cut and stitched foam pads, the shaped cups built in to the swimsuit top are flattering for your bust and sculpt your breasts into a rounded shape without having visible seams and avoiding irritation. To ensure your optimal comfort, OLAIAN uses padded cups in most of its swimsuit models. The removable cups allow you to add or remove half a size to or from your top.
