Height:Stand against a wall, barefoot or in socks, heels pasted to the wall. Stand right, then hold a book or flat object on the top of your head. Block the book, mark the bottom edge of the book. Measure the distance from the floor to the mark.

Head:Wrap a tape measure around your head, above your eyebrows. Make sure it is parallel to the floor when your head is straight.

What is the fit of the 100 jacket?

Regular fit. The jacket has sides that fall straight and remain parallel rather than trying to follow the shape of your body. The interior volume means this jacket can be worn in combination with a first and second technical layer.

How is waterproofing of the fabric measured?

The resistance of a fabric is measured by the height of a water column in mm that can be supported by the fabric (test based on the ISO 811 standard). The higher the pressure, the more waterproof the fabric. This component has a waterproof rating of 5000mm is therefore resistant to the pressure exerted by a 5000mm column of water. For skiing, we advise components rated 3000 to 20,000 mm.

How is the water resistance of a jacket measured?

The 100 jacket was rigorously developed and assembled to stop water getting in and to prevent wind chill, so you can brave the bad weather. We have checked the waterproofness of this product in use in various weather conditions over several days and we have also carried out laboratory tests. Using this test, we can confirm that the jacket protects you from snowfall or a rain shower of 12 cm in 2 hours.

How is comfortable temperature measured?

We lab-test each of our products so that we can provide you with a indicative value on the item's comfort. This comfort indicator is measured without tights for trousers, and with a thermal t-shirt and a fleece for jackets. The measurement indicated is that of the external temperature in which the testers are neither warm, nor cold.
