Full body toning workout, using this kit: - Squats: 3 x 12-15 reps - Lunges in place: 3 x 10-12 reps - Rowing tilted torso: 3 x 12 reps - Standing bench press: 3 x 12 reps - Biceps bar: 3 x 12 reps Rest for 1-1/2 to 2 min between exercises. Start with the minimum number of reps, allowing a 2 rep margin from your max.
