If you do dynamic training, make sure to check the tightness of the collars between 2 sets or if you hear the plates bang together. Then put the various parts of the set back into the slots provided in the case. Store the case in a dry spot. Moisture is your set's greatest enemy: never store it in a basement or outdoors.
