Height: Stand against a wall, barefoot or in socks, heels pasted to the wall. Stand right, then hold a book or flat object on the top of your head. Block the book, mark the bottom edge of the book. Measure the distance from the floor to the mark.

Why wear this knee support?

The Prevent 500 knee brace can be used as a preventative measure by applying the compression that you need to support your joint and stimulate proprioception when playing sport (basketball, football, handball, tennis, badminton, running, trail running, gymnastics, judo).

What is proprioception?

Proprioception is the ability to know where the different parts of your body are in space. The better your proprioception, the better your balance and the more controlled your movements. This especially prevents any risk of injury.

Which size of knee support do you need?

Measure around your leg, 8 cm above your kneecap. Then match the measurement taken with the following size chart: Size 0: 32 - 36 cm Size 1: 36 - 39 cm Size 2: 39 - 43 cm Size 3: 43 - 47 cm Size 4: 47 - 51 cm
