MEN SIZE GUIDE 

How to measure:

  • Head size: Wrap a tape measure horizontally around your head just below your eyebrows.
  • Chest size: Wrap a tape measure horizontally around the widest part of your chest.
  • Waist size: Wrap a tape measure horizontally around the widest part of your waist.
  • Hand size: Wrap a tape measure horizontally around your hand, starting from your thumb.
  • Shoe size: Place your heels flush against a wall. Place a heavy object (such as a book) against your toes. Measure the distance between the wall and the object.

    We designed this product to optimise your posture during ab workouts and relieve your neck muscles.

    Our testers loved the Abs Exerciser 100!

    A lot of people have told us that the first thing that makes them stop a set of crunches is the pain they feel in their neck. Based on this, we wanted to find the most effective way of optimising your posture during your abs workout. We carried out studies on about 30 people during the test phase. The challenge was to create an ergonomic, comfortable product that reduces neck pain by 50% when doing crunches.

    What exercises can you do?

    Before use, ensure you check with your doctor and get their approval for sports. Strengthening abs through sit-up exercises requires prior work on the deep core muscles. For sit-up exercises, lengthen your back, flex your legs at 90° to secure your back and don't cross your hands behind your head. The shape and handles of the Abs Exerciser 100 help soothe the neck
