Waist: Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button. Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.

Hand: Hold a tape measure at the bend of the thumb. Wrap around your palm.

We designed the ESSENTIAL sports bag with a clever shoe pocket that's separate from the main compartment. This model also closes on itself, so you can bring it everywhere with you and store it more easily at home. This bag can also be used as a travel bag.
