The saddle of the ST 100 is welded to prevent any movement of the saddle.We recommend that beginners wear cropped bottoms or cycling shorts with a pad (foam in the shape of a saddle) or a gel saddle cover to reduce soreness. For long rides, it's always a good idea to take a drink with you (e.g. a hydration bladder or bottle) and a helmet.
