Utilisé par ma compagne et moi pour de l'haltérophilie mi-lourde chaque semaine. Le grip est bon et le diamètre conviendra pour une femme ou une personne ayant des petites mains. Les roulements semblent être de très bonne qualité, c'est clairement un bon produit quand on regarde les prix de la concurrence.
