The Glute Band comes in three lengths.The smallest length has the strongest feeling of resistance, while the longer one has the lowest feeling of resistance.Pick your length to suit the exercise and intensity.

Excellent quality
These are great for adding resistance to glute work, crab walks, knee drivers etc. They stay in place and don't roll up or dig in.
