Defekte Charge

Ich habe ein solches Stück reklamiert, da eins bei unserem Trampolin Octogonal 300 einen Riss aufwies. Leider wurde uns dreimal ein defektes Teil zugeschickt, das kein Loch für das Einrasten der Netzstange aufwies (so dass die Stange entweder seitlich einrastet, was einen späteren Ausbau zwecks z.B. Abdeckung unmöglich macht, oder gar nicht einrastet, was eine Gefahr darstellt, da die Stange ggf. herausrutschen kann). Die letzte Reklamation (vom 27.09.2020) wurde nicht beantwortet, so dass ich hier die anderen Käufer davor warnen möchte, dass anscheinend aktuell keine funktionstüchtigen Verbinder zu bekommen sind.
