When you post feedback about our products, we pay attention. We are also in touch with gyms that use our products and share feedback from their students after fitness sessions. That's why we've changed this band: it now measures 1.90 m long - 20 cm longer than previously - but still 7.6 cm wide and 0.55 mm thick.

Correctly using a pilates band

Your elastic band adds resistance to certain strength training poses and helps with stretching before or after your workout. You'll want to use a weaker resistance for stretching and a greater resistance for strength training. The centre of our bands is marked with a white line to help you find the correct placement.

A little tip for caring for this pilates band

To extend the lifespan of your band, here are a few tips:- After each use, clean it gently with a damp cloth and lukewarm water.- Occasionally sprinkle a bit of talcum powder on it.- Store it away from direct sunlight and far from heat sources, ideally at a temperature below 30°C.- Do not store in your car, where significant temperature variations can damage it.

Our team's little tips

We recommend warming up with a resistance band offering light or medium resistance. For the rest of your workout, use a band whose resistance level is just above the level you used for the warm-up (medium or high). This will guarantee a quality workout!And to help you get your positioning right, we've drawn a white line in the centre of the band.

User tip

To prevent injury, it's important to start slowly. We recommend two resistance levels: one for warming up and one for your main workout.Always remember that rubber is fragile.You will increase their longevity by not stretching them beyond twice their length. If you work out wearing shoes or want your product to last longer, we recommend using a textile resistance band.

Maintenance and storage instructions

To extend the life of your product, we recommend:- Gently cleaning it with warm water and a damp cloth- Sprinkling some talcum powder on it from time to time- Storing it out of direct light and away from heat sources, ideally at temperatures below 30°C
