Why is it do hard to find a water bottle with a protective cap. This is only suitable for fair-weather road cyclists - I ride roads in all weathers and on gravel and trails which means the bottle gets covered in dirt and mud, so a cap is essential. But if you want a cap then you have to buy the expensive (and frankly useless) thermal bottle, or metal one. Decathlon used to sell simple bottles with good caps, which were excellent - I have one.
Good bottle, perfect size for longer rides although made badly - my first bottle the lid broke so the bit that you drink from and close the bottle broke underneath making the bottle not usable. I put it down to wear a tear and bought another one as I think its the perfect size and bpa free which is most important - 2 weeks in the same thing has happened to my second bottle!
Great capacity bottle, easy to use & best of all doesn't leak!
