Caring for your mat
We recommend cleaning your mat with a soft cloth and soapy water. Between more thorough washes, use our essential oils spray to refresh your mat. Leave the mat to air dry before rolling it up again.
Considering the mat\'s weight
The mat\'s weight depends on the material. We use materials based on their properties to meet your needs during use. Some materials are heavier than others, and so the thicker the mat, the heavier it will be. Remember to consider this when choosing your mat!Our mats range from 405 g to 3.5 kg in weight.
Choosing your yoga mat
- Do you have a gentle yoga practice (hatha, restorative, prenatal, nidra, etc.)? The effort level is moderate. A mat between 5 and 8 mm thick will provide enough cushioning for your cervical spine and joints. - Do you do dynamic yoga (Ashtanga, vinyasa, Iyengar, hot yoga, Bikram, etc.)? Transitions are fast and the intensity is high. You\'ll need maximum grip and a mat that\'s not too thick (5 mm max) to keep you stable.

Wonderful Yoga matt so soft and amazing for workouts!
Love it - it’s the third one I have bought- one was for a gift!
Product has good grip and is comfortable because it is sufficiently thick. However it is heavy and so not convenient to carry around. More for home use. The main sore point is doesn't last long before it starts peeling. I use it less than once a week.
