I bought this lock as part of the three pack from Reading store.. The combo lock got reset itself and my bike got stuck. and now won't work.... I can not take my bike anywhere... Please help and suggest how to unlock?
Very easy to use and carry. My children used it many times, until the code was accidentally reset. Unfortunately we don’t know the new code! It now stuck halfway between locked and unlocked. Luckily this happened when not attached to a bike.
Not reliable ... One cycle already stolen, thief's easily cut this lock
Strange
decent lock for a bike
After purchasing it I tried to unlock it with the secret combination given and it just didn't work. I can't even start using it for the first time. Now I'll get a CS message asking me to get it back to a shop to change it for another one but the ticket or petrol that I'd spend is more expensive than the lock itself. I'm never going to buy a lock again at Decathlon, I recommend the same to anyone who reads this.

After about a year, I pulled to unlock and I could feel something changing. I could not push the lock back in as the code had changed. Fortunately it only took a few guesses to discover the new code so I am using that new code now. If this happens to you, just try each of the four numbers, moving it up and then down by one click. You should find the new code quite quickly. I hope this review helps other people whose bike is now stuck somewhere

This is a horrible lock. It changed its combination on its own within a week of purchasing it, and now I can't even unlock my own bike. If you read through the recent reviews, this is quite a common experience. Why does decathlon continue to sell this garbage?

I bought this lock as part of the three pack (two with keys and this combo). The combo lock has somehow reset itself on the second day I had it - it was locked about six times in total as I have used it to go between my works different sites. - and now won't work. Luckily the lock was off the bike when this happened otherwise my brand new bike would have been exposed to theft and damage.

2nd time using it and it won't open , now need to buy a hacksaw (which I expect decathlon to pay for) to cut it off as we are away on holiday in our Caravan and can't travel home now.

The padlock is alright, its easy to lock and unlock ur bike however it's not safe as I've had my bike that I've invested over £1000 into cut and robbed.
We market this lock for accessories or for very short stops (a few minutes). For longer stops we always recommend a strong D or Chain lock with a rating greater than 7 out of 10.

Used it twice, now my two sons bikes are (I hope!) locked in front of Tesco in Richmond, and I don't know what to do to release them. Rubish!!
