Soaking back each time I am out. Bag is find but will have to buy a different pouch
The bag is a good little bag but the bladder is far too rigid to get water out of through the tube. Buy the more expensive one with the soft bladder
After 1.5 years if very light use, the water pack has started leaking profusely. This soaks me on cycles/runs and wastes all of my water

I wanted it for my 2L water bladder, it's written 3L on it and I confirmed with the personnel available. It's lil bit smaller to fit 2L bladder. Apart from that, I like the quality.

Decent hydration backpack. Would be nice If they add QR buckles in the breast area for added support.
Its good nmn pero nun ginamit ko sya sa long ride..naiinitan yun hose so mainit din yun tubig ..d ko lam ano pde gawin pra d mainitan.pero goods nmn
The bag is well constructed and fits tightly on the back. It allows the storage of keys and handphone thus making jogging to be really hands free. The only advise I have for new owners is to check the quality of the water bag bottle cap. The QC is not good here and I was not able to lock it tight thus resulting in a leak. I have to return for another. The latter was more secure than the first but still has an issue if I did not tighten with care. I like the idea that there is a hook at the top to hold the water bottle. However I like the water bag with a bigger opening so I can have the option of putting ice in and it is easier to top up water. For this bag, I have to remove the whole water bottle before I can top up the water. Nevertheless, this is value for money and good for short trips. The water bottle can always be upgraded at a later stage.

The bag in detail
This hydration backpack has a 3L volume.Its semi-rigid flask can carry 1L of water for short mountain biking rides.To hold it securely in place the MTB ST 100 hydration backpack has two adjustable shoulder straps and a waist strap.The bag is light and has a padded back to make it very comfortable to carry.The feeling of comfort is enhanced by the breathability of the back and shoulder straps, which are made from mesh (breathable fabric).
What about the water bladder?
The water bladder designed by our teams was inspired by flasks.This semi-rigid flask, which you can access from the bottom of the bag, has a screw cap to close it by hand.The flask has markings so you can fill it to the right level.Unlike standard water bladders (thermobonded, the walls are separated and help any remaining water drain (from top to bottom) out at the end.This means no water remaining in the flask, so no odours.
An easy-to-use bite valve
The ST 100 hydration backpack's bite valve has been designed so you can open and close it with one hand by simply rotating it. Simply bite on it and turn it 180°. Clever!
Carry all your things
Access the main compartment from the top or bottom. The water bladder (flask) hangs off a hook.You can fit a few average-sized items in the bag (e.g. puncture repair spray).Your keys and phone go in a separate zipped compartment.Your keys hang off a rip-tab so that they won't scratch your phone.Clever: an elasticated strap on the outside allows you to attach a light jacket (which avoids the need to tie it around your waist! ;-))
Care tips
For hygiene reasons, we recommend cleaning your flask after each use.To help you clean out the tube, you can order a special brush using product ref. 5935596.This kit comes with a hanger to make it easier to dry out the inside of the bladder.Tip: If you don't want your drink to taste like plastic, wash the flask, dry it well, and place it in your freezer.Take it out a few hours before your ride. This will stop any flavour transfer.
