This is a very handy walking pole but it’s a shame the rubber ferule at the bottom end of the stick isn’t more sturdy - or that a spare one isn’t provided.
Pressure is taken direct through the stick and the handle is a comfortable way to hold it
The length is only 110 cm very short as compared to other poles it should be atleast 130 cm im stuck with it as i purchased it 3 weeks early and didnt check the length
Strong, light, just as advertised
I have greater confidence walking and have increased the distance on my daily walks
Im a wheelchair user with MS and initially purchased the poles to aid in transfer to my kayak. I’ve found them so stable however I’ve packed away my crutches and these fold down and are stored on the back of my chair for access in tight spots. They force me to engage my core more than rely on solely on weigh baring on hip and leg which are problem areas. I’m thrilled I can use them for more than what I originally intended and that they provide added safety around the home and in community.
Quite good sticks but the feet wore through on the first day, maybe not great for sandy clay / sandstone walking.
The grip part is very nice to fit into our palm and body part is strong enough, light and durable. But minus point is the rubber attachment for grab the ground was not that durable material so it would have hole soon in few weeks. But definitely recommend this stick.
good for travel use, must to carry
The best pole for hiking u can get here
This is a handy and very useful for hiking without this I couldn't have completed my Kumaraparvatha and kodachadri trek.
My mom love this. First i was buying 600 one but my mom told me that i love this because of hand grip afterwords i bought that.

Fully designed and validated by our team. This model uses the chassis of the A200. It retains the push-pin adjustment system and over-sized tubes. Why do we offer this grip that is held from above? We have noticed that the standard grip does not suit everyone, particularly for long periods. We therefore designed this pole slightly differently so that you do not have to bend your wrist and can spread the force more evenly in the arm as it is aligned with the pole.
The adjustment is not the same as for a conventional pole: the arm along the body must be almost straight or slightly bent. It is therefore shorter than a conventional pole.To adjust the length: press the button to release it from the hole, slide the tube until the button reaches the hole at the desired length.Use the line printed on the lower tube to align the button with the holes.Never go over the STOP line to avoid breaking the pole.
These hiking poles are designed to help you balance, propel yourself and spread the effort between the arms and legs.To increase safety, before you start and at regular intervals, check your pole's locking mechanism by pressing down hard on it.Do not attach to your backpack in stormy weather.
Maintaining your poles properly enable you to maintain optimal function and increases their lifespan. After use, if water has got into the pole, take the parts apart and allow to dry. Clean any dust and mud with water or without, with a soft brush or paintbrush.Once dry, you can reassemble the parts. We recommend that you do not try to oil or grease them.
At Decathlon, we have decided to sell our hiking/trekking poles individually. First because of how they are used. Indeed, some people only want to use one pole. This meets their needs.Second, because if one of your poles breaks, you can buy only one pole rather than a pair.
