The suction is terrible. I placed it according to instructions, I wiped the floor, used it on different type of floors, and it still doesn’t stick the moment I do my sit up.

Материалът, от който е направен уреда не е хубав. Хубаво би било, ако имаше поставени гумички в долната част, за да не се плъзга. Веднъж пробва ли се, изглежда тотално изхабено. Днес го закупих от Декатлон Пловдив и при изпробването му изглежда сякаш е използван многократно.

Продуктът е доста неудобен за коремни преси (или поне аз не успях да намеря място за него зад гърба ми). Изненадващо, сложен под дебел матрак, успя да коригира неудобната извивка, осигурена от подматрачната рамка. Ползвам го по този начин и в този смисъл съм доволен от аксесоара. :) !

Das Kissen erfüllt genau seinen Zweck und unterstützt an den richtigen Stellen bei situps und planke
Ergonomisch geformt und nicht so hart wie andere Sit-up Matten. Sehr zu empfehlen!
Nicht geeignet bei Rückenproblem. Leider viel zu hoch und starr.
