Very poor quality and very low sound. Can’t hear on road with no traffic also! Not worth offer price also.

J''étais à la recherche d'une sonnette pour remplacée celle de mon VAE qui était "asthmatique". J'ai choisi ce modèle plus sonore en magasin: mauvaise pioche. - Elle ne fonctionne plus au bout de 3 jours. Comme elle n'est pas démontable, impossible de la réparer. - Au niveau ergonomique c'est pas top non plus, On ne peut la mettre que sur le côté gauche du guidon. Le bouton poussoir est positionné à gauche. Compliqué quand on a déjà le compteur de son VAE déjà à cet endroit.

Je vous remercie de nous avoir partagé votre avis sur notre Sonnette Easy Dring 500, pour enfant.
Dans un premier temps, je vous présente mes excuses pour le problème que vous avez rencontré.
Cette sonnette a été conçue pour les enfants de 6 à 12 ans.
Son fonctionnement simplifié par le levier spécifique permet de sonné efficacement, avec une simple pression du pouce.
A cet âge, les enfants commencent à avoir des vitesses à la main droite, avec des mannettes de dérailleur sur leur guidon.
Pour simplifier l'apprentissage de ces 2 fonctions (changer de vitesse / se signaler),
nous les avons séparer entre la main gauche et la main droite.
C'est pour cette raison que cette sonnette s'installe à gauche.
Nous travaillons sur l'amélioration continue de nos produits.
Pouvez vous me faire parvenir des photos ou même une vidéo du produit, pour permettre cela ?
Dans votre cas, je vous invite à faire un échange sous garantie.
Si toutefois vous préférez changer de modèle pour un autre type de sonnette, c'est tout à fait possible.

Bon produit.
Avec son look rétro, la sonnette est très pratique à utiliser et bruyante pour avertir piétons ou voitures de sa présence. Elle se monte facilement et au final je la trouve très élégante par rapport à celle équipée sur le vélo d'origine. Je recommande vivement.
