Waist: Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button. Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.

Hand: Hold a tape measure at the bend of the thumb. Wrap around your palm.

Can be installed on a frame with a 68mm Euro-type square-taper bottom bracket (with English threading). Bottom bracket width: 68mm Length: 118 mm. Also available in 110mm, 113mm, 115mm and 122.5mm. Material: Steel Type: Square Bottom bracket type: BSC/BSA (English, Euro) Weight: 309 g

Assembly tips
