The punching bag 100 is sold already filled with fabric scraps. We use offcuts from our textile production to fill the bag.It also features an eco-designed polyester cover to further reduce its environmental impact.

To hang your punching bag, you have several options:- A ceiling hook: a specific mount for hanging it from the ceiling.- A wall mount: ideal for hanging from a load-bearing wall.- A self-supporting stand: A stand that is kept stable with weights.This punching bag 100 was designed to be hung on a punching bag mount.They are attached by very durable reinforced straps and a snap hook for maximum safety.

When full, the bag measures 76 cm, and will naturally bulge at the top or bottom depending on the filling.The straps attached to the bag (not adjustable) are 31 cm long, measured vertically from top to bottom.
