Step aerobics involves performing choreographed moves to music using a step platform. This sport can help you achieve various fitness goals: keep in shape, lose weight, slim down, tone up, improve your concentration or boost your coordination.
Muscle strengthening
The Comfort step is a 2-in-1 step platform! Lets you do all of the step aerobics exercises, as well as strength-based training (such as Body Pump). You can use the resistance bands (sold separately) that clip on to the built-in hooks. The lateral storage compartments are perfect for keeping your keys, towel and water bottle safely out of the way while you exercise!
Which body parts does it work?
The step lets you get a full body workout: lower body (glutes, hamstrings, quads), core (abs) or even your upper body (shoulders, arms). You can tone your entire body while working your cardio and improving your overall fitness level.
