Mindful of the need to take care of the environment, which is our playground, we decided to work with organic farmers to make this desert scarf.This means that no fertilisers, chemical pesticides or GMOs were used to grow the cotton used in this desert scarf.

The inspiration for the blue colour came from the Tuareg tradition: formally created using a plant called true indigo, it is a highly symbolic colour for the Tuareg people.What's more, dark shades, as long as they are worn on top of loose-fitting, light-coloured garments, have a naturally ventilating effect that results from the heat absorption/emission ratio.In order to ensure that this remarkable colour doesn't fade, the Desert 500 scarf has been dyed in two separate baths.

The desert scarf protects you from the sun, wind and sand:> When worn like a turban on top of the head and along the back of the neck, it protects from the sun> When worn across the front of the face, it also protects from the wind and sand
