What are the benefits of the essential mini stepper?
You can lose weight, work the cardiovascular system and also firm the lower body (glute, thighs, calves etc.) and the upper body with the resistance bands (arms, shoulders etc.). Compact, practical for keeping in shape at home!
Working out: how and how long for?
Domyos mini steppers are designed for occasional use (25 to 30 minutes, 2 or 3 times a week). Each session should begin with a 3 to 5 minute warm up (longer if you are a beginner). If you start your workout session too quickly, you may increase the risk of injury and lose your energy. Finally, at the end of each session, take the time for a recovery phase and don't forget to stretch.
For better results...
You can also work on your waist and abdominals by turning your hips each time you step on to the stepper.
