How to inflate your feet rehab
"If you can feel the ground under your feet, you need to pump up Feet Rehab. Inflate the Feet Rehab using a pump with a needle (sold separately - reference: 8369006).Check the level of inflation before getting started on a balance session."

Fit for purpose and will last for years
Was looking for something use for working on my balance to help with paddleboard standing. These are perfect and more suited to me than a balance board.
As soon as I get out of bed I use these brilliant little prickly domes to energise the reflex points on the soles of my feet. I immediately feel the benefit in my whole body!
