Used after ankle sprain combined with Achilles injury. Used on one or two feet, gently swaying to regain flexibility and strength.
There is an alternative product, the round shaped more cushion like with knobs. It might do the job as well. But I find this one easier and more efficient for the purpose.
This is firm but soft underfoot. It’s really helped with regaining confidence after a serious ankle fracture.
