Great light just a little tight to clip onto handlebars
Thought this was a great light since it is rechargeable but the rubber attachment system is very tight and when left on the bike probably deteriorate - it eventually broke after one year and the compact all moulded together design makes it impossible to repair - it is also passed the return period so I have to get a new one so I am disappointed - a rechargeable product should be meant to last
Doesn't give out a huge amount of light, certainly not for the needs of a cyclist. Needs daily charging (I use 20 minutes per day). The rubber ring (to attach to handlebar) doesn't feel robust - I'm pretty sure this will snap before too long Very expensive for what it is - a poor torch. Another very disappointing product from Decathlon
The light is rated to 20 LUX and is designed to be seen with and will give light on the road for a distance of around 10 meters. Ideal for use in well lit urban areas.
However, it is worrying that this only last 20 minutes between charges. It should last 2 hours. If this is the case, there may be a fault with the unit. Please return it to us for a refund or an exchange.

Great bright light for winter nights , although only getting about 2 hrs use before needs Charged , ok for commutes to work under that time
A really great light, just wish the bty would last longer, but be safe be seen.
Good value for money
The strap to attach the light is a strange design, and I don’t see it lasting. The light is not as powerful as bike lights used to be. Very basic, but will work in a pinch.
Light easy to use
I attached the light to my Triban 520 and the rubber tears off within 15-20mins and now the light is useless.

I used it for a maximum of 1 week (after opening) and charged it just once. Today morning the rubber strap just snapped without even touching it

Very usefull in night for road vision
This is an excellent product for night riding
I have purchased the Brain 500 from decathlon on 4th jan 2020. It's gear is getting slipped every time . On the time if purchase the same was reported, but the do some tuning and given the cycle. 2nd day the same complaint has been reported and took the product again to decathlon and they have done some fine tuning and returned back the product. But today, when I go for the ride, the gear slipping has happened several times. I have complaind at the decathlon store and they have arranged an auto guy to take the cycle to repair it again. I'm fedup with this product. The funniest part is that I'm still using Firefox 21 gear cycle for the last 3 years without any problems.

It lights up a small portion ahead of you in a strange rectangular area where it is positioned to focus on the road..The brightness is also very average..Was expecting it to be much brighter but would definitely not advise for trail riding..

Thank you for taking time out to review our product. I regret that our bike light did not meet your expectations. The Front Light 900 is certified for road cycling use as per French and German accreditation. It produces an output of 20 Lux and has a lens that focus into a narrow beam as it is designed for road cycling.
You might want to consider the Front Light 920. It produces an output of 11 Lux and results in a wide, diffused beam. It will help you to see the road in front, the verge and the surrounding area. This light is recommended for trail riding and urban use.

The option to recharge the lamp is very quite convenient. I was finding it very useful for my early morning rides until today when the rubber strap tore apart suddenly. The lamp as such is very sturdy and still functioning, but the unit as such is practically useless now.
