Great support, i have one in each colour and despite the large pile of sports bras I have these are the ones I always go to. Love that it doesn’t have the pesky strap between the shoulderblades as my shoulders don’t hurt anymore and I can extend my arms freely around the back during exercising.
Items description says these have removable foam pads. I bought 2 of this style, neither has removable pads. Annoying because I prefer that style of sports bra. I have contacted customer service about other issues with this order but I'm not having a great time getting replies or help. Shame because the cut of this sports bra is great for me and the fabric is good too.
This is ideal for what I wanted it for - yoga and pilates. I have also used it as an additional layer for cycling in cold weather. Not highly supportive, but works perfectly for yoga and pilates . Freedom of movement, stays in place, comfortable to wear and has washed well. Brilliant value for money
