Always tighten to the recommended torque.After installing the brakes kit, follow the bedding-in procedure.For the best braking, it's recommended that you use discs made by the same brand as your brake calipers

Care tips

Bleed the brakes once per year or each time you change the pad.When changing the pads, you must bleed the brakes.When servicing your bike, make sure you don't splash any oily liquids on the disc or brakes as this will reduce their braking power.

Reliable OEM set. Ready to go.

Comming as set, with hose, calipers and brake pads. set is bleed and ready to install. You need to know what to do, because this set comming without any instruction or box. This is not a problem to someone who has a basic knowlege how to maintain hydraulic brake system. After year, i must say: this one never fail me, very precise and strong brakes. Pads which coming with the set, last only for half year, but they 'free' and replacement is for about £5 in decathlon widely available. Always double check hose lenght before order. Fits to my old discs without issue (Hayes) and for instalation this levers, You not need remove handlebar ends. And best one for end: You no need to remove brake clamps or wheel to replace brake pads! Just unscrew, and pull 'up' pads. So simple!

Ces freins son montés…

Ces freins son montés d’origine sur le XC 500 , c’est un changement après une casse. Donc ils sont compatibles, bonne prise en main.

Bien pour de la balade mais pas pour du vtt.

Le freinage est très peu puissant pour une utilisation VTT un peu engagée. Manque de mordant, le toucher est vraiment pas top, et la modulation est pour le moins étrange... Pour le même appui sur le frein, un coup ça ne freine que très peu, un coup la roue se bloque direct, ce qui rend assez dangereux les stoppies.
