INFLATABLE CAMPING MATTRESS - ULTIM COMFORT 70 CM - 1 PERSON

Very easy to inflate, left if for an hour or so and a couple of breathes and it's ready to go, stayed comfortable for the whole trip and didn't need to top up. Easy to fold up and went back into the bag with no problem.

These are very comfortable camping mattresses and they can double up as guest beds at home too. They self inflate in a couple of minutes but will require a couple of puffs from your lungs to get them to optimum pressure - no problem! However, I was disappointed that the connecting clips (designed to connect the mattresses together) only allow you to connect two mattresses. Very poor indeed. We wanted to connect three matresses together to create one large base for 3 or 4 people - very disappointed about this. This is an obvious improvement (Decathlon design team please take note). Also, the material on the bottom of the mattress is a smooth - it therefore slides on the groundsheet of the tent unless it is completely flat. So everyone ends up at the side or the bottom of the tent on even a small slope. This can put pressure on the seams of your tent and also help to allow water in. Other mattresses and camping mats have soft rubber tubes on the base to provide grip and stop them moving around inside the tent. If Decathlon could fix these two design flaws I would rate these 5 stars. Please make these better!

Despite a slight mishap at the Chingford store (notified my click & collect was in stock and ready to collect, only to travel 30 mins to the store and be told upon arrival the product was packaged incorrectly- they opened the carry bag and only a piece of cardboard was inside?) I managed to get hold of the same product travelling to the Ealing store on the same day. This is the comfiest mattress I have ever had out of any camping airbed and quite possibly, any normal bed mattress too. It feels like lying on air whilst being sturdy very much like a memory foam mattress and there is no 'bouncy castle' effect you get with traditional air beds. It sets up in 60 seconds and you can optionally blow into the valve with your mouth 4-5 times once it has self-inflated in order to adjust the firmness. I preferred it semi-firm to allow for a comfy bounce. Once done, it quickly deflates by rolling to push the air out before laying flat to fold and storing in the carry case where it is super compact and light to carry (it easily fits in small boot of my city car). Highly recommend. Whilst it may seem on the premium side, it is definitely worth every penny.

Very impressed with these mattresses! They clip together very well and stay together. We couldn’t feel the ground or the cold (just a light floor mat underneath) and we’re very comfy all night. Highly recommend!

Quick to inflate and deflate and easy to adjust for comfort.

Just simply amazing, with new inflating cam bed from decathlon this is by far the best sleeping set iv had for years, great night sleep so simple to set up and most importantly to fit back in there carry bag, these carry bags are a little on the large size but almost flat. So simple to put away I’m amazed, my wife deflated hers slightly on the second night and was happier with a little spring to hers, join together well and used with the decathlon air cam beds there is nun of the if either of us move the other is “bobbing” up or down due to the high air pressure in the camp bed. All in all the mattresses have been greatly received and won’t need to buy any more bed set ups for quite some time. Very very impressed.
