For each exercise, start with the minimum number of repetitions recommended (careful not to go too far, and leave a scope of at least 2 repetitions in relation to your maximum). Increase by one repetition per week until you reach the maximum number recommended, then think about increasing the weight used.

Does exactly what it say on the tin.
It does the job, the rubber bottom is good for indoor floors, it is a weight, slightly awkward against the wrists for an overhead press though. Probably could cost less, but there are a lot of kettlebells that are more expensive and delivery is ok
Good grip and the rubber base is also great for at home.
