Kids Bike Pedals 16" 20" - Pink

Ordered two bike online one arrived with out pedals so contacted online chat well what a waste of my time no help whatsoever ever as told me to contact my local store and they would sort I asked for a reference number so they would be aware of the situation nothing!! so I contact my local store in Poole who advise me to come into the store and they would see what they could do I spoke to a store assistant Kas ( hopefully I got his name correct) he could not be more helpful contacted his manager to get advice said he could take a pair of a store bike and give them to me or order a pair to be sent out to me he took my details contact numbers he phoned me once the store had closed and again once he had placed the order to keep me updated gave me a delivery date which was spot on as they arrived today You need more staff like him in your stores and online as he gave first class customer service unlike your online staff who only gave me a wasted few hours of my life so Kas from Poole Decathlon cycle department deservers to be given a pat on the back for the service given I will now go to the store and order
