Two upright poles have bent and even though you sell spare parts, they are out of stock, have been for months and I’m not the only person with a problem with them.
I have two bent poles that I am unable to replace, your company sells spare parts but unfortunately I am not some in not being able to replace these. Why are they out of stock for so long?
