It is the right size for thighs, glutes. Maybe a harder material for durability would be nice

I thought its poke will be hard, but it is quite soft. Probably it is because i wasnt using it lying down, but on my chair, so it doesnt feel sufficiently hard enough. previously was using a tennis ball, but was too small, so bought this instead. but still a fair enough product.

Supper effective to get into my tight muscle knots esp my upper traps, lower back and gluts but apparently it stained my wall when i used it against the wall. The colour came off.
