Best used while seated - great for loosing up tight calves and the tendons that go into the foot. A lot less clumsy and quicker to use than a foam roller and more transportable too.
Although a little painful to use at first attempt having persisted and learning how to use it properly it's fantastic I'm recommending it to my family and friends
previously resisted buying but definitely a handy addition to foam roller. great for targeting problem areas especially lower leg. Flexibility is limited bet probably the right level to be able to apply load ... but it only goes to a slight curve. ease of use means I'm better at keeping on top of my maintenance game.
