    Want to increase your muscle work? Just add a water ball to your routine! We asked 25 people to do an elevated lunge (using just one hand) with a 3 kg medicine ball, then with a 3 kg water ball. The results when comparing the 2 products were as follows: our water ball leads to a 36% increase in biceps work, a 21% increase in abs work, and a 17% increase for the glutes (on average).

    Is the appearance of your water ball varying over time? That's normal!

    Your new ball is transparent. There may be visible fabric effects on the interior; these marks are normal and due to the manufacturing process. 48 hours after filling your ball with water, it will become opaque. And of course, water may leave marks on the ball over time.

    The weight of your water ball can very based on the muscles you want to work and your fitness level.
