I’ve purchased these before, easy to wash, easy to dry, not an iron in sight.
Had to return for the bigger size as seemed slightly smaller than the last ones I bought. Otherwise these are a great product
Snug fit round the bum and thighs. Nice length though. Not much space for thermals for the bigger legs.
Great for walking and as a casual pair of trousers when taking the hybrid bike for a spin into town to save on the diesel!!!
Very happy with these, have been using the shorts version for years. Fit is excellent and materials very robust. Pity they don't do them in a grey/black colour combination like the shorts.
Excellent trousers really comfy and the stretch is ideal . True to size on the waist and leg a little snug in the department area but nothing major
Excellent trousers for the money.
I'm using one of these almost every day for the last year and a half; absolutely perfect for most walks and hikes early spring to early winter!
These trousers are absolutely fantastic...well made.. Durable and lots of stretch in the material when hiking or scrambling up hills and mountains.,... I have worn these mainly in the summer months but could be used in winter with a base layer underneath.... These trousers are really easily in a par if not better than much higher priced trousers from famous manufacturers....
Comfortable, practical, fantastically stretchy and move with you without restricting movement. Draw chord at ankle is a useful feature.
Great for walking. I already have a pair that converts into shorts, so bout a pair specifically for winter. They are a bit of a snug fit, but because they are so stretchy in the right places they are extremely comfortable. I’m not keen on wearing waterproof over trousers and, although these can get a bit damp, they do dry off quickly.
Have a 1 year old pair still going strong, just bought another pair. Really sturdy and hard wearing. Stretch parts all in the right places. Good belt. My favourite for walking, hiking and cycling. Well made, comfy, lots of zip pockets, plus zip phone pocket. One heads up, my older pair fit perfectly. The new ones are just a tad tight on the thighs but fine as it stretches. Would recommend.
Starting off... these are an amazing pair of trousers. Genuinely. I have a pair of Fjalraven Keb shorts, and Trousers, and these are comparable in quality and functionality... especially zipped pockets. :D Coming round to buy another two pairs of trousers and shorts for an expedition later this year.... when I saw these I was blown away at the product. Its hard to justify spending 9x the price of Fjalraven when you look closely at these Trek 500 trousers. Yet another prime example of Decathlon putting out a great functional product that looks good too. Stick with this product for some time guys!!! The colours and style is absolutely brilliant. Would be great to have a dark grey/black option too. However... the sizing is a bit off I normally always take a 32" waist. And initially tried the 32" and were way too tight on the thighs! I went one size up to 34" waist, which I was surprised that the waist still fitted, but still, a tad restricted around the thighs and 'lunchbox'. This was even more noticeable on the Trek 500 shorts. The trek 500 shorts waist on the 34" though is a bit baggy. Im not sure whether its that us English Roastbeefs have a bigger lunchbox and thighs than the French guys :p but It definitely would be better for the development team to size their trousers and shorts better, around the lunchbox zone, and especially the thighs. For anyone who has strong thighs, running, hiking, cycling, gym-goers etc, be aware the leg sizing is too tight on your normal size.
Trousers arrived today , seem good quality but sizes are way off, 38" waist from any other supplier are fine but these I couldn't even fasten up. Returned for 2 sizes bigger, let you know how they go when they arrive.

Trousers designed with 2 different components:- a durable fabric (207 g/m2) with stretch in areas that need protection from rubbing (buttocks, front of the ankle) and during movement.- and a lightweight and breathable fabric (125 g/m2) on the rest of the trousers.
These trousers have water-repellent inserts (front of ankle, buttocks) that let the water slide off the fabric's surface. Please note, this does not mean WATERPROOF.The water-repellent property prevents the trousers from getting wet too fast but will not keep you dry under steady rain. For this, we recommend that you wear over-trousers such as the Trek 500 (ref. 8493660).Water-repellent properties can be reactivated by tumble drying the trousers for 10 minutes on low temperature.
