The rip-tab strap at the back allows for several centimetres of adjustment:this adult cap is suitable for head sizes between 56 and 62 cm. You can insert the excess strap in the opening at the end of the rip-tab.

Great running hat. Keeps sweat from running down and also great at keeping the sun off
Easy to adjust and very comfortable to wear. Stays on whilst running and great for sunny day cover too.
Keeps you cool, and keeps the sun off your head, but oh wow the white version shows the sweat stains! A few runs in and it'd be embarrassing to wear on a group run. Not mashine washable either. Does a good job if you're heading out on your own though.
