Super Teile!

Ich habe diese hier als Ersatz für meine in die Jahre gekommenen BECO Aqua Twins gekauft. Diese benutze ich anstelle von einem Gürtel zum Aquajogging. Was soll ich sagen... sie sind sehr effizient was die Anstrengung angeht, weitaus fordernder als die Aqua Twins. Zudem halten sie super an Fuß und haben eine gute Passform. Ich bin super zufrieden und kann sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

je vous remercie pour votre avis suite à l'achat et utilisation par votre femme des Pullstep.

Je suis désolée que le produit ne lui ai pas convenu . Les exercices avec les pullstep sont différents de ceux avec les palmes , ils ne sont pas conçus pour nager mais plutôt pour de l'Aquajogging , Aquastep ou des exercices de mouvements de jambes pour du renforcement musculaire .

J'espère que votre femme en trouvera tout de même une utilité ,

Use the water’s resistance to strengthen and tone your body

Add shape and power to your legs with our Pullsteps! When standing still, the Pullsteps help you to tone up the muscles of your lower body. When moving, they help to improve your cardiovascular endurance, such as through Aquajogging.

Why work on toning your up muscles?

Toning up exercises correct the weak points of your body muscles. Strength training exercises using just your body weight or light resistance will build up your muscles in a particular zone. Toning and strength training are also very good exercises to enhance your physical fitness in addition to your sports activity. Use them to speed up your progress and boost your performance.

Recommendations for use

Putting them on like shoes, position your heel against the foam, then use the straps on top of the foot to adjust them to your foot and you will feel stable.

The position to adopt for the exercises and a few exercise examples below

Basic position 1: Place your back against the side of the pool by supporting yourself on each side with your arms on the edge of the pool.Basic position 2: Keep your back straight, with your bust slightly tilted forwards, wear a buoyancy belt adjusted to your size and your arms should be bent in the opposite direction to your legs.

Exercise n°1: strengthen your legs using the edge of the pool

> Adopt the basic position 1> Stretch out your legs in front, whilst keeping your back straight and lean on the edge of the pool> Lift your knees to a horizontal position.

Exercise n°2: work your abdominal muscles using the edge of the pool

> Adopt the basic position 1> Stretch out your legs in front of you, then bring both of your knees back towards your bust at the same time, tilting from left to right as you lift your knees. Push your legs to stretch them out horizontally again.

Exercise n°3: work on your cardio and strengthen your legs with your buoyancy belt

> Adopt the basic position 2> Then, mimic a running movement by bringing one of your knees to your bust and flex your elbow forwards in the opposite direction to your leg
