The massage gun does almost all the work, but feel free to make some effort to adjust the intensity.The more you press on the gun, the faster and harder the vibration. So easy to use - just one button to turn on and off your massager and adjust the 3 intensities.
What are the precautions for use and contraindications?

It must not be used without the advice of a doctor if you wear a pacemaker or if you have any kind of health problem. It must not be submerged or used on animals.

Charging the mini massage gun
The product comes with a universal USB-C charging cable. For an efficient charging time (maximum 3h), please use a 5V2A power adapter.
If a 5V 1A adapter is used, charging the product will take longer or will be ineffectual if the adapter used is of poor quality.
When using a 5V 2A power adapter, charge is complete when the led turns green.
