Extremely disappointed

First pair handle snapped first swipe through the water. Same return, replacement - handle was already snapped on arrival. (looked as though they had just stuck a new label on my broken return and re sent it to me). Where is the quality control??

Aqua strength training

The push pull aqua gym is a good device for me to train on the upper body muscle groups . A variety of ways of using it has helped to enhance my training program in a fun way. Both my client n myself enjoy using it .

Leider zu schnell kaputt

Ich trainiere 6 Mal pro Woche. Leider sind die Hanteln nach 4 Monaten Nutzung kaputt. Allerdings muss ich sagen, dass man sich für den niedrigen Preis dann auch nach so einer Zeit ein paar neue gönnen kann.

Ich fand die Vorgänger Modelle ( Blumen ) um einiges besser und es ist wirklich schade das die nicht mehr produziert werden . Die Aqua Pullpusch haben weniger Widerstand und brechen viel zu schnell ( 2 x Aqua Power ) an der oberen oder unteren Nahtstelle einfach ab . Wir mussten nacheinander alle entsorgen . Ich hoffe das es die Blumen bald wieder gibt . Katia

Viel zu wenig Widerstand

Ich fand das Vorgänger Modell super Klasse! Die Push Pull Hanteln erinnerten an Blümchen, dem entsprechend haben Sie auch den Spitznamen bei uns im Schwimmbad! Ich habe die neuen Hanteln gekauft und ausprobiert, leider war ich sehr unzufrieden. Sobald man das Handgelenk kippt, stößt man mit dem Handgelenk an den Rand der Hanteln, was mir sehr unangenehm war. Zweitens ist der Widerstand solo viel geringer als bei den Vorgängern, ähnlich wie bei den Handschuhen . Für mich aus diesen beiden Gründen nicht zu empfehlen

Product muy bueno solo hay un fallo no flotan así si estas en el ondo de la picina y piedes una hay que saber bucear . Para gente de más de 70 ,80 es un problema .

Place your hands on the handles and submerge your shoulders to enhance your sensations and take full advantage of the water’s benefits. Change the position of your hands on the handles to vary your exercises.

Use the water’s resistance to strengthen and tone your body

Boost your Aquafitness sessions with the Pullpush Mesh; improve your cardiovascular endurance and tone your body.It is easy to handle and, thanks to a wide perforated supporting surface surrounding your wrists, will increase the water’s resistance. It allows you to work on 2 areas:- your heart rate due to the speed and energy that you put into your movements- toning your upper body due to the resistance of the water

Why work on toning your up muscles?

Toning up exercises correct the weak points of your body muscles. Strength training exercises using just your body weight or light resistance will build up your muscles in a particular zone. Toning and strength training are also very good exercises to enhance your physical fitness in addition to your sports activity. Use them to speed up your progress and boost your performance.

Why do aquafitness or aqua aerobics?

Once immersed in the water, the body becomes lighter and all movements become easier, even though the water creates more resistance than air and makes muscles work harder. Your muscles get a more intense workout without you even noticing. Aquafitness also has the added benefit of being a "low-impact" activity.So what are you waiting for? It's good for your body, your heart, your health and your mood!

The position to adopt for the exercises and a few exercise examples below

Basic position: Keep your back straight, place your feet firmly on the floor and slightly bend your knees. You are ready to start!

Exercise no.1: strengthen your shoulders and arms

> Adopt the basic position> With your elbows bent, position your hands at chest height and stretch them arms alternately on each side along your bust (towards the bottom of the pool), then return your arms one by one.

Exercise no.2: strengthen your back, shoulders and arms

> Adopt the basic position> With your elbows bent by your sides and the palms of your hands facing towards you, stretch each arm alternately, then move your bent shoulders backwards one by one, while rotating your shoulders from the front to the back.

Exercise n°3: build up your shoulder and arm muscles and strengthen your abdomen

> Adopt the basic position> With your elbows bent and pressed against your ribs, position the palm of your hands in front of you, stretch out your arms alternately and crossed from left to right by rotating your bust to each side and repeat!
