Worst wheels I ever had. First spoke broken after 3 rides.

had 2 spokes break on rear wheel in 2 days. contacted the company where they admitted the wheel must be faulty so they sent me a voucher by email to order replacement which i did. i ordered new rear wheel with voucher and was waiting for the delivery but for some unknown reason they have cancelled my order a week later without telling me and cancelled the voucher!! VERY unhappy and hoping to resolve it, standby by for next post.

I bought a rc520 gravel last year (End of April 2019). It comes with these wheels. I took my bike out over the weekend and a spoke broke. So I came back home. Today I took the wheel to my LBS who said there was no point replacing the spoke as the rim had cracked on the opposite side. Their opinion is that the rims on these wheels are low quality or there is a manufacturing defect as one broken spoke should not have resulted in the rim cracking. Avoid these wheels and buy something better.
