We listened to many customer reviews that complained about the bad taste of the plastic. We replaced the plastic film of the flask body. The testers really appreciated this change. I hope that you will also appreciate this.If, despite everything, you are still bothered by an unpleasant taste:- wash the flask with vinegar and bicarbonate of soda;- put the empty flask in the freezer;- dry it thoroughly before storing it.I hope that this will be enough.

I use them on my long runs to carry small doses of maple syrup watered down and a small pinch of salt to fuel up. Perfect size. They could be slightly less bulky at the top for easier stacking in running belts,
I bought this flask for when I go running (easy enough to hold, and small enough to shove in a pocket). I also bought the larger one for when I go on walks, which it’s perfect for. It took a while to work out how to use the nozzle, and it needs a good rinse/soak before using as it has a bit of a rubbery smell which also affects the taste of your drink. Once that was sorted, I’ve found it very useful, it also feels like it’s quite robust.
Ideal for a sip then slip into your belt or pocket - one is enough for ten miles on a cool day, depending.
