I use them on my long runs to carry small doses of maple syrup watered down and a small pinch of salt to fuel up. Perfect size. They could be slightly less bulky at the top for easier stacking in running belts,
I bought this flask for when I go running (easy enough to hold, and small enough to shove in a pocket). I also bought the larger one for when I go on walks, which it’s perfect for. It took a while to work out how to use the nozzle, and it needs a good rinse/soak before using as it has a bit of a rubbery smell which also affects the taste of your drink. Once that was sorted, I’ve found it very useful, it also feels like it’s quite robust.
Ideal for a sip then slip into your belt or pocket - one is enough for ten miles on a cool day, depending.

Fits in my running vest and holds enough for short runs.

This size is super comfortable and easy to run with. It’s just enough water to wet your mouth on short or winter runs. It probably wouldn’t be enough for longer or warmer runs, so maybe get the bigger size if that’s what you’re looking for.

the water tastes bad after it's been in there for a short while. i find it very difficult to open. when i finally get it open, the water pours out the bottom of the spout instead of out the top opening. very nice in theory, but my son and i were not able to drink out of this without dumping water on our faces or putting the entire spout into our mouths.

We listened to many customer reviews that complained about the bad taste of the plastic. We replaced the plastic film of the flask body. The testers really appreciated this change. I hope that you will also appreciate this.If, despite everything, you are still bothered by an unpleasant taste:- wash the flask with vinegar and bicarbonate of soda;- put the empty flask in the freezer;- dry it thoroughly before storing it.I hope that this will be enough.
