en fait les trot oxelo son déjà équipées de système de compression ! il faut enlever sa barre, tenir la fourche avec une main puis avec l'autre main tourner la petite barre qui est dans le guidon. il faut la tourner jusqu’à ce que se soit dure et il n'y a plus de jeu .
