Each numbered mark on the band is a new challenge. The closer you get to the centre, the greater the tension and the more difficult the exercise. You can change up your training as necessary.

Thanks to the door hook, you can exercise safely and comfortably from three different anchoring points without damaging your door. For example, warm up your shoulders from the middle of the door, do bicep curls from the bottom, and do pulls from the top.
