Great Basher beanie

Double layer acrylic beanie great for keeping you warm and very easy on your pocket. I needed a basher beanie for working outside through Autumn and Spring in the UK and this was just the ticket and the price lets you really put it through the wringer and not worry. Works in conditions up (down to) to around 0 degrees C including wind chill.

REVERSIBLE? not really...

Purchased this Beanie as DECATHLON ADVERTISE as reversible.. Simple and neat idea if it works.. BUT I should have read other reviews.. In its reversed colour option, the inner label flaps about like a large white flag. Being sewn into the main seam it's not easily removable so be prepared for major sewing surgery to the seam if you decide to remove it :o .. One hopes that DECATHLON product managers read through these reviews... and so avoid the only negativity of this otherwise vfm Beanie...

Main outer colour is white, not beige.

The main picture of this hat shows the outer colour as beige, not white, but when the hat is reversed from white to beige it leaves the labels showing. I carefully removed the labels but that then involved having to resew the seam where the labels had been removed from. With the hat in its original white format, it looked like I had a bandage on my head after having brain surgery. I collected the hat from my local Decathlon store, at Giltbrook, so the £1.69 price I paid was worth it for the sewing lesson, but I wouldn't have been very happy paying more.

Great little pocket hat
