The rope section has a good weight to it making it easy for a novice to skip. I didn’t realise there was a section to add weights to the handles, so may be buying some in the future
I love keepsake on my toes
It’s not easy or clear how you adjust the length of the rope - have had to basically remove the area you would add weights to in order t shorten the rope so can use it. Purchased because of the adjustability so me and my boyfriend could both use It, but just too difficult. Would have been better spending less on a basic rope as there is no difference.
That entangled that you cannot even jump twice in a row.

You can add up to two weights on each handle (1 x 75 g weight, sold separately). To add weights, turn the handle so the coloured button faces you. Press the button to release the chamber. Add one or two weights to the chamber. Reinsert the chamber into handle.Repeat on the other side.You can start your workout.
