These are the cheapest medicine balls I have seen. They are high quality so happy with my purchases.
The kids that we train loved these medicine balls. They are just the right weight and size for undertaking athletic drills and ball games
An excellent light weight medicine ball, with brilliant grip texture. I use it in my Pilates class and it's colour and design has gone down a treat.

What I wanted and expected it to be I got exactly the same thing...
I am a runner and I am using medicine ball for last 8 years. Now from last 7 months I am only using decathlon products because of their products quality and very imp is 24 months warranty which is very good for us. As I am a sports person I am recommending decathlon products to all of my family members and friends.
It's really good, I will be getting one more of more weight
Please add some colour to the ball
A sturdy ball that can be used for all basic forms of cross training routines. The grip on the outter surface helps in holding the ball firmly and easily while doing overhead routines. Keeping in mind that i was briefed thoroughly on purchase about its usage by the sport advisor, i love the product. The only con i noticed was this is a single cast ball. Helped me recover from my leg injury
This is the one of the worst ever product I have purchased from decathlon, a place I trust. The first ball exploded like a bomb when it slipped and fell while I was doing flexions. The Decathlon Chennai team was professional enough to exchange it for a new ball. I was really pleased by this. Came home and kept the ball in a corner, waiting for the next cross fit session. In a matter of 2 weeks, the outer skin of the replaced ball tore while the ball was happily sleeping in a corner. I am sure that decathlon will replace it and that is not a complaint. It is the horrible quality that is a conceen. Requesting the team to kindly look into this. I am not able to find an option to upload any pictures here.

I asked the staff to pump a little air into the balls so that the medicine balls would bounce better, only to find out a week later that 3 of the balls I bought had burst.

Das ball hat eine perfekte Größe finde ich. Die russian Twists kann ich damit super erledigen. Jetzt nur das Gewicht steigern :-)

The weight depends on the exercises being done. The lower-body muscles are more powerful than the upper-body muscles. You can therefore use heavier weights for your squats and lunges (from 1.5kg).
