Measure your hems, at the widest part of the thigh. Then match the measurement taken with the following size chart:Size 1: 48 - 53 cmSize 2: 53 - 58 cmSize 3: 58 - 63cm

I am quite active but have been suffering from sore femoris bicep & thought this may help. Measured thigh & chose the correct size - although nice snug fit as soon as I take more than a few steps it starts to roll down. Wore it over my support shorts (skins) no difference & also under them still rolls down. SO if you are just sat down probably ok but otherwise buy some elasticated strapping.
Recently purchased this thigh support amd read the reviews before purchase. The support will not stay in place, because it has no internal sticky/adhesive (as normally expected) bad design flaw?
No complaints in either quality or price of this product
